Dr. Candy Mitchell
Assistant Pastor
Dr. Candy Mitchell have a bachelor degree in Business Administration with major of Accounting, Master of Public Administration, and Doctorate Degree in Theology.
I’m an advocate for people to have a better quality of life with their finances. I teach people how to become good stewards in the area of finance. Some of the areas are how to get out of debt, budget, types of savings, and retirement. Also, I have a heart for business. The bible states in Proverbs 10:22, “The blessing of the Lord, it makes rich and add no sorrow with it.” When God bless us, we don’t have to be troubled by it but rejoice knowing that He has entrusted us with it. This will prevent our heart from turning evil.
Ecclesiastes 5:19 states, “Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.” God have given us the power to utilize the wealth given and we have a responsibility for ourself and others. We are to use the different streams given to us by having a glad heart and our outward appearance should resonate joy that we have enough for ourself, our family generations, and ability to help others.
3 John 1:2 states, “I wish above all things that thou prosper and be in good health even as thy soul prosper.” As the assistant pastor of Foundation Christian Center, I have the responsibility to assist in watching for your soul through praying and fasting. Also, I provide the word the God through sermons, teaching, dancing, counseling and the Prophetic office. Therefore, my heart is for the community.
